We welcome all women to attend any meeting or event. There are several opportunities in which the Women of the ELCA helps women at CTK build and nourish relationships with one another. They include:

Circles: A Women of the ELCA circle is a group of women that join together to participate in Bible study, service projects and fellowship. Members pray for and support one another in many ways. Some fellowship opportunities include holiday, summer and other events where the men in our lives are included. Guests and visitors are always welcome. Learn more about our circles.

Service: The circles come together to host several of the congregational meals before the Wednesday Lenten services. Each of the circles participates in its own service project, as well as the churchwide organization’s projects. These include packing food into backpacks for the Interfaith Food Shuttle's Backpack Buddies program for children, providing care packages for homebound seniors, making neck coolers for our troops, providing college care packages, making meals for PLM-Families Together and helping with many other local and global ministries. The Women of the ELCA also provides cradle crosses and baptism roses.

WELCA Beach RetreatRetreats and Gatherings: The annual spring beach retreat is a very popular three-day event held  in April or May. It’s an opportunity to get to know other CTK women young and old, to renew our faith in Jesus, and to reflect on and share our gifts and beliefs. Other events include the annual Christmas party, occasional one-day events and the Mother-Daughter Banquet, which is a fun time of honor all the women in our families. Plan a visit during the next Ladies Night Out or Sunday brunch.
