The Adventurers Youth Group was designed to meet the needs of fellowship and fun for youth in 3rd to 5th grades. Each year, these children become more and more involved in the ministry and life of Christ the King. We hope to give them the opportunity  to play, and grow in their relationship with Christ and each other, so that they may truly feel a part of the body of Christ and the family of CTK. 

This Adventurers Youth Group gathers on the 1st and 3rd Sundays of each month from 6:30-7:45pm.

Our Adventurers participate in a lock-in each winter, and in Building Youth Group (BYG) retreats at Camp Agape both in the Autumn and the Spring of each school year.

All students must have a current CTK Consent Form on file to participate in youth group activities. If you are interested in helping with our AYG or have questions, contact Youth Groups Coordinator Corrine Madsen at Youth@ChristTheKingCary.org.

Note: Beginning in February 2012, we will no longer being having the fellowship meal prior to Youth Group.  Although the meal provided an opportunity for the youth to visit and enjoy each other's company, there was not enough participation to continue. Additionally, as schedules start to get more full in the Spring, we encourage you to eat Sunday dinner as a family...or to finish homework!
